Is it possible to start an online store while being active duty?

I have a huge dream of operating my own clothing store online. I know with the right amount of exposure it is very possible! Researching almost everything has been fun for me but I still have been struggling with finding a place to generate some prototypes. I’m not sure what the pricing for that would even be. Any advice?
