So you boloed out due to being a Sad Sack?. 1. Depends on the chapter and your RE code. 2. Joining any Service/branched will depend on that RE code. 3. Having any RE code lower than 1 will require a waiver, the lower the code, the harder to get a waiver. 4. Having flunked out of the Army, why in the hell do you think anyone else will want you? 5. Police trainees are normally in good shape because the fat pill grazing doesn't start till later in their career.

Your chapter shouldn't stop you from going into law enforcement as long as it was under honorable conditions. To go along with what SGM Frazer said, you need to be in really good shape to be hired by a department and then attend the academy. My county requires a minimum of 29 sit-ups in one minute, bench press 72% of your body weight, and run 1 1/2 miles in 14:45. The standards are for everyone across the board regardless of age or gender. When you get to academy the PT is intense and you will take more PT tests. Hire a personal trainer and tell him/her what your goals are and make sure that you stick to their program. You should be able to find a department's PT standards on their website.

Depends on your RE code when you get the boot. If you receive an RE3 or 4 it is a good bet that you will never get back in.
