I'm not Army, of course, but here is what I think would apply to any military service. Until you ship you are under the control of whatever district of the particular Service's recruiting command. Contact your recruiter or recruiting office admin staff or if they are not available go up their chain of command. Your current orders are obviously too vague. You need detailed guidance regarding all of your issues and I believe it is their responsibility to give it to you... And those details should be written instructions on your orders.

I believe contacting the recruiter or MEPS and setting up something with finance will give you some paperwork to obtain uniforms at the clothing and sales. I would try to contact your unit or the reception at Bragg and see what you can do about uniforms. If you cant get the right uniform, show up in business casual attire and you should be assisted. MEPS should help issue you an ID card before you leave, if not, all this should be taken care of at Bragg in-processing. I would leave earlier, if possible, so that you can obtain any purchases before the 4th.

follow the signs at FBNC for in-processing. You can't miss. I'd be in uniform when you sign in. If you don't like clothing sales, then go to Gen Jacksons.
