Can I access Skillport after I ETS?

Skillport has many useful classes that I love. E.g. Microsoft Office, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), CompTIA, Leadership, etc. I've noticed that they update the courses every now and then. Either adding or taking away. I still have over 2 years in my contract, after which, I don't currently plan on reenlisting. But even after I ETS, I'd love to still have access to all these awesome and free resources! So for anyone that has ETS and is not a DOD employee, do you still have access to Skillport?
