Famous last words, give me some bullet points for your NCOER:
SM led military discussions that resulted in 1592 comments, and 782 up votes
SM was brave enough to ask the question that no one would ask
Debated respectfully with 10 officers over 05, 16 CPT, and three 1LTs. While maintaining positive rapport with 32 SNCOs

Sir if I could -- suggest a date and time stamp on all posts...so we know how old something is...puts a reference point on posts...or at least on the first post.

Do. Not. Do. This. I cannot emphasize that enough. I'm pretty sure that the next person in your chain of command will add something like "SM demonstrated a lack of time management skills by spending far too much time on obscure online activities rather than training subordinates. " Or "SM sacrificed valuable opportunities to seek self improvement IOT socialize online."
