Does anyone have solid evidence that the Reebok Sublite Cushion Tactical boot is authorized per AR670-1? Looking at the boot, you can see mesh right in the tongue of the upper, and 670-1 says no mesh?

If it is authorized then it will be on the list of authorized items for purchase/sell, and it will have something on the boot papers that says so, or a government contract number.

I think you are answering your own question. If the instruction says no mesh then no mesh.
