My primary MOS is 14T (recently reclassed) and my secondary MOS is 91B. Would I be able to attend a 91B ALC school date I was scheduled to go to this year prior to my reclass.

The answer is yes you can...
However, the whole point of ALC is to improve you as an NCO in the job you have in the Army, not as a block check for promotion. Especially in a case where you are new to the MOS.
I would think carefully about that one.

Thank you for you response, 1st Sgt. I was looking for a direct answer because I've been getting nothing but the old, "well you see" from my unit. My circumstances are a little unusual.

Wouldn't you want to learn your new job as a leader in aviation, especially that technical of a job? I am sure you have some extenuating circumstance causing you to ask a question like that, all the best.

I know at my Academy if you are an 11b, you are going to that ALC. Same goes for my 11Cs, 19s, and 91A/Ms. I recommend that you contact the military schools Branch at HRC, they are the proponent for the STEP program. You will not get a more official answer
