So now that the army just dropped this new ops flash... looking at other branches. Can anyone tell me what the waiver process is for prior service regarding waivers coming from the army?

Not sure what an ops flash is, but all you have to do is ETS and talk to a recruiter.

Apparently I’m not allowed to because of this new ops flash. I’ve been working with one for a little over a year was almost in and then this happened

Ex fiancé wrote bad checks off an account of mine that I had closed (come to find out she had a nasty drug habit) and I was blamed due to my name being associated with the account. I was arrested civilianly. My unit discharged me with a JKQ re 3 with no guilty conviction in civilian court, no rehabilitation, no NJP, nothing. They just said we don’t want you sign here, here, and here. Be off post on July 17th.. 5 months later after I was discharged, a disposition finally was released and I was dismissed of call charges and wasn’t found guilty.

So now I have to jump through hoops and shit for something I had no control over and dishcharged, in my opinion, for no reason.
