Trying to go to the 75th how can I prepare myself for RASP? Any suggestions?

First do you have your packet in? Brush up on land nav, do rucks for time, and weight. But don’t kill yourself. RASP will do that for you. Start with a ruck on say Monday for time so week one 2 miles @45lbs dry for under 30 mins. Then another ruck on Thursday for weight 2 miles @60lbs plus. Then build up 2 miles each week. However, most importantly build mental toughness, don’t quit should now be your mind set.

I havnt submitted my packet yet i have to take the Fast Class to raise my gt score a few points then i will submit everything in. In the mean time i will be working on rucks. Thank you for the help SGT!
