Any advice / experience for AGR interview board? What types of questions, required knowledge, etc.?

My advice would be just think about your favorite leadership techniques. Maybe think on examples of leadership you admire. Be yourself and answer questions thrown at you just as honest as you can. Review Leadership as it is on the tab connected with you ID tags. Know you General Orders cold. Know medals and ribbons along with order of preference from all five services. If you're gonna be responsible for Soldiers and cadets some with prior service you're gonna wanna know Cold if the ribbons and awards their wearing are worn correctly.
