Hello all...I hate to blog spam especially on here, but I recently posted some information to my HR blog that I thought would be extremely beneficial to reservists who are in an exempt-level position with a civilian employer. Under the FLSA employers must adhere to certain guidelines for employees who go out on LOA for military duty. It's good information to know and share with your employers to ensure you are not missing out on any pay. The link is below:
