Pay Criteria for TPU reservists in exempt-level civilian position during military leaves of absence.

Hello all...I hate to blog spam especially on here, but I recently posted some information to my HR blog that I thought would be extremely beneficial to reservists who are in an exempt-level position with a civilian employer. Under the FLSA employers must adhere to certain guidelines for employees who go out on LOA for military duty.
