Is there someone I can contact about not receiving my promotion orders coming out of basic training?

I was promoted out of basic training, but upon reviewing my packet while shipping to AIT, i noticed i didn’t receive promotion orders. neither did the other two in my platoon who also got promoted. is there someone i can contact about this? finance? any advice? help?

Get in contact, with your DS or your Basic Training Batallion S1. This is a common error. They forgot to give you a copy of your DA form 4187. This happens when they drop off promotion packets fo the S1 to process them.

Simply check with your unit S1 when you arrive. If you got promoted it will be in your electronic file. Thank you for your service.
