How do you encrypt an email in Outlook Web App (browser)?

Does anyone know how to encrypt an email using Microsoft Outlook Web App (the https://web-mont01.mail.mil/owa... address)... We hear of people all the time getting in trouble for disclosing/mishandling PII - So you would think the encryption process would be a little more clear/accessible. Every thread I have found with 'Instructions' tells me I need to use the "tools" button or the "red ribbon" icon, or security options etc. NONE of those icons are visible. I even tried setting up the Outlook Web Mail System on my desktop word for word and the newest outlook system won't allow me to input my AKO information so it refuses to connect. I also can't view the email icon in my AKO. I'm so frustrated- I've been trying to figure this out for hours.
