Could someone provide me with current pay and BHA, Separate Rations, etc for an E-3 or E-4 stationed in Germany.

The reason I ask is that I may end up with a son in law, overseas now. I want to be able to make these two young ones aware of finances and the difficulties they will face at these pay grades. I was young and dumb, and would like to pass on lessons learned.
