Is the SFC BOARD this year the sequence numbers are based off of Merit? I know it’s the way ahead but I was told by a 1SG, that this board is based off of merit. anyone have any thoughts on this I have looked around hrc website. Nothing for it being MERIT though

From what I gathered in the Milper message, they’re still transitioning over but this one is still seniority. At least that’s how I understood it.
