I was accepted into Green 2 Gold and am starting my Masters program in the fall. At the start date of school, I will have 2 years and 10 months of service. I am wondering if my time at the school will count as Time in Service. It is more a matter of, if it does count, I would have O1E pay, and if it does not, I would have O1 pay. Any insight is appreciated!

I am starting as well and yes it should since you are remaining on active duty and keeping all your benefits.

Hey SSG I’m currently working on my packet to submit in November and I was wondering if you could give me some insight on your experience putting in your packet and the process of waiting to get accepted

SGT (Join to see) the packet submission process has gotten a lot easier now. It shouldn't be too hard for you, they do it in a 2 phase process the first phase is a board reviews your packet, if you get accepted on that part, then you must submit all your waivers to get signed and wait for that. If you do not require any waivers then your pretty much good to to after that first phase. The waiting is the hardest part about the whole process.
