Has anyone heard back on their scroll for Direct Commission (AMEDD Reserve Officers)?

From what I understood; it seems their system might have crashed after a recent upgrade. Just curious if anyone has started to hear back yet on their scroll approvals.

So I heard back yesterday, scroll is back. Not sure what’s next, we’ll see.

After a few days, you should be signing a commissioning contract. That gets set up again. For the most part, you'll just wait for orders. Assignment Officer from HRC will contact you and give you a list of available duty stations to choose from. Then you will probably get an RFO (request for orders) that has all the dates for the schools you'll be attending as well as your report date to your next duty station. After your RFO, you'll get your actual orders a few weeks later. This is all given to you via email by either your Assignment Officer at HRC or your AMEDD recruiter.
This may not be true for you, but clearing as an enlisted is a pain for me right now. Not a lot of people are doing Direct Commission so no one really knows what's going on with us. We tend to get redirected from place to place cause no one knows how to out process us. The biggest hurdle is probably finance since they want you to have a DD214 because you're essentially "ETSing" from the enlisted side. Someone in your out-processing/in-processing can help you with all those. You really just have to find them.

Meant to say *that gets sent up again.
Sent up to HRC or whoever the recruiter forwards it to! I know it eventually gets uploaded into your iperms.

Well, looks like mine came in about two weeks ago. I sign more papers tomorrow and probably wait some more for orders.

So I spoke with some more if the PAs and they said the wait time for their orders was around 2 months. Do you have a way to access the HRC website? Maybe you can ask your assignment officer for a status update if you've been waiting longer than 2 months.
