LOR signed by O5 or higher

In need of an O5 or higher to sign a LOR I've already typed up for an AGR slot I was offered as a recruiter. My BC is on TDY and my former BC from active duty has since retired. This is a stretch but worth a shot. AGR team has confirmed it is okay to get outside my command. Thanks guys!
