I ride a bike to work and not all the buildings have bike racks. Can I chain it anywhere?

I take my bike cause my vehicle is still currently back at home and theirs not allot of bike racks and I can't find anything on it on the internet im trying to not get a ticket here yes?

If your referring to locking it up near the barracks, seek your barracks policy. There is a copy of it at your CQ desk. It depends on your unit. In Korea the soldiers were only allowed to lock it to a bike rack. A work order could be put in for a bike rack. Ask your barracks manager. Also drop a note in the unit comments/ suggestions box. (If they have one!)
