Alright, you are an active duty service member, so yes you can. It's in AR 670-1. But either way, use common sense. Don't wear it to get special privileges. Wear the appropriate uniform to the appropriate event. Like your ASUs to a wedding it a funeral or other formal event. I wore mine on a cruise to the formal dinner. OCP, that would be a little harder to find the right place to wear it, but I'm not saying that it isn't there. Again, trying to get discounts or free stuff isn't the right answer, but if a local baseball team was doing a hometown heros celebration, that would be ok.

Of course you can. Just as long as you stay within uniform standards and also, do not go into places where they mainly serve alcohol.

TSgt Ray Lewis - The Army does not allow the wearing of a uniform in a business where the primary revenue is derived from alcohol sales. As in, no wearing the uniform in bars.
