Your question sounds like how actual PCS Orders work like if you mean how the Army knows when you've reached your stabilization in one place and now you are eligible to PCS, if you don't do anything like call your branch manager or request to try and go where you would like then you will come up on orders because the Army found a spot for your MOS and now unless something will prohibit you from PCSing there then it needs to be brought up (surgery, etc). Once you've been on assignment then it's pretty hard to get out of it or change it especially if there are dependents involved.

Have you been given a sponsor yet of any kind? Have you asked for one at all? Has the topic been raised at any point? Have you called the installation, to your gaining unit at all yet for any initial discussion? How far are you going to get there, more or less, even if only approximately? Are you staying on installation at first? Do you want to stay off installation or try to at some point? Is there family going with you? Try to elaborate so far as possible, also, domtou want school part time when you'd be there? What are your aspirations? Ambitions? Objectives? Senior enlisted? Warrant? Commissioned? Full 20-30 yr career? ROTC? Green to Gold? Any flight interests at all? The more you relate, the more all of us can help you, try to do a really detailed, thorough biomsketch, hobbies, interests, incl reading to give an idea of your mind and your tastes for learning, sports, incl martial arts, of any, OK? My intention isn't to overwhelm, merely to suggest obvious thoughts that immediately occur to !e in an effort t to help, OK?
