I've already completed the CareerScope assessment and form 28-1902w, but am unsure on how to navigate through all of the bureaucracy with the VA and convince them that I need a masters' in aerospace engineering, not just the bachelors'.
Additionally, is it possible to participate in CWT while going through the Voc Rehab process, because I have an appointment for that program a week before I meet with the VR&E counselor.

VocRehab is specifically for retraining an individual, even if they already have a degree, to obtain gainful employment in another area of endeavour that is compreable to the existing disability. Now, in order to maybe be granted moving up to a master's program, one must show that elevation to the Masters level will offer the comparable education required to help the individual gain and keep employment in that same area of educational area of training and not make the service connected disability worse. My reference comes from being a certified DAV Service Officer for 13 years. Best to you SPC Joseph Wojcik.

Ensure that you talk to the Voc rehab coordinator which will be the person determining whether you receive benefits or qualify you. Make sure that you take both tests the times one as well as the untimed.

Is it mandatory to take the evaluation twice? My scores were excellent on the timed exam, so I'm not really concerned about improving them.
