SGT (Join to see) SFABs are to train the Host Nation that we are supporting in whatever MOS that the unit is. So you would be teaching mechanics how to maintain equipment, etc. Deployments are expected to be often, though not 100% fact yet as they are just standing them up and creating more. Imagine a unit stripped of the "Joes and Janes" and just leadership that will pair off with Host Nation forces to train them. Lowest rank is E5 (E4 get promoted to E5 without board after completing the training).
