This is a cool idea for states to do. If only the other states would come on board and reward our vets like this.

CW5 (Join to see) When I first heard of it I was sure the active duty folks were not eligible, but I applied anyway thinking that the worst thing they could tell me was no! I am curious how many MA veterans have actually applied.
