Nothing that I'm aware of in Texas... it would be nice to get some sort of tax break, but I'm not holding my breath.

Now that's a state that says "Thank you" although Texas doesn't tax my pay at all...

5 point veterans preference on all State jobs and 10 points preference for disabled vets in Tennessee.
