I'm in need of a letter of recommendation from a Aviation CW3 from the GA National Guard. How can I find a CW3 willing to help?

I would shoot higher than a w3 for a letter of recommendation. Try to find a CW5 and if not then CW4

Just swing by one of the AASFs. #1 is in Winder, #2 is in Marietta, and #3 is in Savannah. There should be a few W3s and 4s and maybe a 5 hanging around. If not, someone there could at least point you in a direction.

I would just go to the NG flight line and fine a WO and ask where a 4 or 5 sits or go directly to the State HQs and talk with the W5 there. Don’t he bashful.
