Trying to do my SSD1, can’t get past this page, help?

I can’t get past this page, it keeps reloading back to this page and not to the actual SSD1. I’ve tried reloading the page and restarting my computer. Any suggestions??

I've had the same issue. Tried going through the help desk 3 times, still doesnt work. I'm on my 2nd help ticket with them, never heard back about the first one, hoping this time we can get results.

Make sure you are using internet explorer and that you have compatibility mode enabled for Army.mil

Also, you should probably disable the pop-blocker, as that can prevent the courseware from loading
