I just Retired under a MEDBOARD with a 60% rating for 17 yrs of service. Do I qualify for CRDP or CRCS?

I broached your question to a VA Forum and here is the response: Ken you need 20 complete years for CRDP... If your injuries came from war or training for war; then CRSC is Correct.

That's up to the VA- not the Army- go see someone at the VFW, DAV, American Legion or AMVETS- submit an claim to the VA.

SSG Gobel, the DAV has been particularly helpful for me after I was medically retired. There are several advocate groups groups to help navigate like SGM Frazier listed. In my experience, the DAV, has been absolutely top notch with some of my post-service issues.

From my understanding, CRDP only works when you have retired with the full monty and then seek VA compensation for disability. You must qualify for both the retirement pay and the VA Disability pay in order to pull them both.
