What have you heard about and what works? Who do your recommend near your bases?
Physical therapy * Deep tissue massage * Myofascial release (MRF) * Active release technique (A.R.T.) * Chiropractic * Float tanks * Accupuncture
So far, the best I've had was A.R.T., but the practitioners are few and far in between. I found it at Element Sports Performance in Seattle, and the chiropractor, Dr. Young, alleviated all the pain where physical therapists, chiropractors, and masseuses all failed. He interned with the Seattle Seahawks, so I guess he has that going for him, as well.

Best relief I have had is daily apple cider vinegar to reduce inflammation... since taking it 90% of my chronic pain is gone...

I take fish oil capsules with Omega 3/6/9, it does really well. I freeze them to reduce the odor.

SSG (Join to see) - Does that help with the fish burp? I could never take it because I would burp up tuna smell all day! I might have to try your trick!

I don't burp on the frozen capsules. The brand I use is Nordic Naturals Complete Omega, and I also take Kyolec Aged Garlic Extract (also frozen).

The burp also depends on the quality, dose, and type of product. My first product as a teen - burps. All since then, no issue.

I have used heat and cold therapy to help with my pain. Otherwise I use Ibuprofen to help.

Chiropractor. Worked wonders once he started re-aligning my spine. Made all my pain go away. You just have to remember to do the exercises they give you to help keep it in place.
