What waivers are granted vary from branch to branch. So I agree your waivers would have to go through NGB again to see if they would be valid in the Air Guard.

Is it too late to switch from Army National Guard to Air National Guard?
I'm going to Basic Tranning at this month and I already signed the contract with Army National Guard to be officer but I think Air NG would be a better option for me
