What are the odds of getting my PDQ for a misdiagnosis of Personality Disorder waived?

Hello Rally Point community.

I am prior service Air Force who is in the process of reenlistment.
I hit one heck of a brick wall when I got a letter from MEPS 3 weeks after a psychological evaluation, which consisted of a 30 minute interview with a contracted Psychologist for MEPS and a computer exam, stating that I am PDQd because of "Personality Disorder".
Even though it is waiverable, my waiver got denied 2 weeks later.

I was quiet disappointed but I am a go-getter and work for my goals no matter how much it takes.
I saved up over the weeks and paid $2000 out of pocket for 2 individual civilian psychological evaluations which also consisted of an interview and testing (this time on paper).

To my surprise I was told this time, that if I had any issues understand a question that was being asked, I could ask for assistance (I am a legal immigrant and even though I speak good English, I sometimes overthink questions and these questions especially can be complex, asking multiple things at once).
Worth mentioning is that these are the EXACT SAME assessments that MEPS made me do, called the "MMPI-2" and the "MCMI-IV".

During my evaluations/testing at the civilian clinics I ended up asking over a dozen times for clarification on questions and recall answering differently on many of the same questions that I answered at the MEPS evaluation.
When I got my results back, the report showed the "profile results" as valid and all results in the NORMAL RANGE.
The doctor and the chief psychologist signed off on the results summarizing that there are NO SIGNS, much less any diagnosis of any mental disorders / psychopathological condition, recommending my enlistment and stating that I am mentally very capable with no issues.
Worth mentioning is also that I took the evaluation at MEPS with just 2 hours of sleep the night before so I would not be surprised if I screwed my answer sheet up.
My recruiter has me write a statement explaining how I was unaware I could ask for assistance with questions during my first evaluation and state that I was sleep deprived due to me squeezing in my appointment between tight work schedules.
The package, with my statement and my 2 civilian evaluations signed off by doctors/psychologists is being sent to the Office of the Chief Surgeon.

What are my odds my friends?
This is my dream and people call me crazy for spending $2000 for a shot at appealing a denied waiver.
