If the military is looking at that total concept of a Soldier as well as appearance shouldn't a picture in ASUs and Summer PT's be taken? The ERB photo portion should just split the screen in two to truly see these what these leaders really look like.

MSG Martinis Butler, agree, but the one issue you will run into is that soldiers are allowed higher body fat the older they get and if you have a plethora of officers(as an example) varying in age and BFI levels, the boards may bias some of them without taking this into account. BL: we should all have a professional appearance.
