This U. of Texas commencement speech is terrific. ADM McRaven does an incredible job of relating his SEAL training to his audience. The other great leader's advice I strongly recommend is GEN Colin Powell and his "Rules for Life". It can be done!

My supervisor sent this to me a little while back. He's spot on. Start the day out right, make your bed, and before you know it you'll have a stack of accomplishments. Change the world by continuous little steps.

I'm from Irish descent & my GrandMother said something very similar.
"make your bed daily before you leave the house & you've accomplished something already for that day" she also said, " Anyone who is in bed after sunrise is going to hell" ; ) She was my mentor, enabling me towards a successful 27 year career in the USAF. I enjoyed your comments.
