Credit cards are immensely powerful tools in the hands of those that have the discipline to pay off the balance every month. The reason why is three words: CREDIT CARD REWARDS.

American Express waives ALL ANNUAL FEES for active duty military, allowing service members to tap into prestigious Credit Card Rewards Programs they would not otherwise have access to. Rewards cards typically are divided into four categories: Points, Miles, Cash-back, and Hotel Rewards.

Make your credit cards work for you instead of against you by essentially getting paid to spend money you would spend already and save/earn hundreds or thousands of dollars over time.

In this article, I will reveal the best card in each category for active duty service members, and how best to employ them to maximize rewards.

I've set up https://swiftoo.co.uk/ online checking account swiftoo for a long time, and I use it regularly. Comfortable, secure and quick to open. There have been no problems since opening the account. It is easy to manage, you can always track all expenses.

Take a look at the new Navy Federal Credit Union top tier card. 2% cash back on all purchases 3% back on travel. Nothing I'm aware of beats 2% on all spending. However, there is a $49 annual fee. It would beat any 1% card w/o an annual fee if you spend more than $4,900.

Barclaycard is good for travelers. 2X points on travel purchases, hotels and restaurants. Only redeemable for travel purchases, though.
