I can't seem to access ATTRs on my personal computer anymore to access training records or the course catalog. Does it have to be on a .mil network or something?

Gotta love the Army. They took that ability away and you have to now be on the .mil network. As a Guardsman, this utterly upsets me because I now have to wait until Drill to do anything. I can go to the armory but it's 50 miles from my house. The Army didn't think this one through very well.

The Army fails to think through a lot of things when it comes to how the Reserve Component is affected. Hopefully with everyone being stuck at home for a few weeks, they will change the network constraints. Then again, that would make too much sense.

I've tried accessing it myself on my personal computer, however I could not. When attempting to log in with my CAC, I tried using the "email" and regular certificate, but could not log in. There was one point in time when ATTRS was accessible on personal computers but I believe ATTRS is now only accessible from government computers.

You can't access it from your personal computer anymore. If you are trying to access the course catalog, use the ACT (Army Career Tracker) website to search for course dates, etc.
