Dude, the only sure answer is A. It takes a waiver. B. Go talk to the recruiter!

In block 26 on your DD214 you should see a Separation Code. That will be an indicator of whether or not you can.

I don't think there is if you don't have access to iperms. You might have to contact St. Louis or your old unit. You might be able to do it through the VA too.
