Thank you for your time,
I am currently doing a case study for class, and I am attempting to start building up my slides. I have literally hundreds of pages of research/notes that i have been going through, but I think I am coming to the conclusion that i still do not have a firm grasp of what "time" is or the context it should be presented. Ive asked my professor, but still do not have a firm grasp. Of all the systems, it seems to be the one least explained and most ambiguous.
My problem statement relates to the inabilities of the US government and it regional allies ability to deter illicit drug and human trafficking. Our task is to use PMESII PT to analyze the situation.
I am hoping some senior leaders with more experience in the field can expound on "time" so I have a better understanding of how to present my case in the appropriate context.

I notice that you haven't received one response since you posted this 2 days ago. It could be that not enough people saw your post before it was buried beneath a slew of other posts. Hopefully, more people will see your post when it gets bumped up with my response. You may have better luck searching for and messaging a few senior leaders individually.
