I went through personnel here at the soldier support center at fort campbell for in processing and my paperwork from m.e.p.s was not submitted, not on my iperms or hrc website. That paperwork (birth certificate and enlistment contract) is at home in NC, can I have some one send me picutres of both and print them out, or do I need the originals to submit to record? Also can I call anyone about it?

CPL (Join to see) What did the Soldier Support Center tell you to do when you informed them of this issue? This is from the Fort Campbell In-processing website:
Soldiers reporting for in-processing must check in at the Replacement Detachment 6916 at Desert Storm Ave and 34th Street. Check in can be done 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All Soldiers must report between 0600-1730 in Army Combat Uniform. In-processing will take about 6-8 days, and soldier will need to be in uniform with an appropriate haircut that will be inspected. Temporary lodging for up to 10 days may be assigned, and soldiers with E5 and above that are unaccompanied will be assigned billeting. Others will be assigned on a space available basis. Soldiers will receive an all day Newcomers' Briefing every Thursday at the Replacement Detachment Main Auditorium 6916 Desert Storm Ave. Soldiers need to bring birth certificates, marriage certificates, and all financial and personnel records to begin in-processing.

I'm already at kalsu replacement company, the soldier support center is who told me I had records missing upon my review. I have to get those records for review. I wanted to know if there was more I can do besides getting my paperwork over nighted to me, I don't trust important documents to the mail system.

CPL (Join to see) - If they do not need the originals, have copies overnighted by FedEx.

You need the originals for them to be uploaded.
Once you reach your unit of assignment, go to the S-1 with the originals, and have them upload them to your iPERMS. Ask the S-1 clerk or the NCOIC for a Batch number for the upload. That number won't be available while you are sitting there, but the S-1 should have that number available by the end of the day. Check back the morning following your visit.
