RallyPoint Commendation Medal
The RallyPoint Commendation Medal is awarded to any member of RallyPoint other than four Star Administers who, while in discussion in any RP Forum after 6 December 2012, distinguished themselves by intellectual thought, posting a meritorious discussion or a meritorious response. The medal may be awarded to a member of the RallyPoint or of a friendly forum who, after 1 June 2013, distinguishes themselves by an act of Honesty, extraordinary response, or significant meritorious contribution to a discussion which has been of mutual benefit to RallyPoint.
Criteria:
The RallyPoint Commendation Medal is awarded to member and friendly forum personnel (RP Facebook Page) with two Administrator Stars and below who have performed noteworthy contributions in any capacity with RallyPoint. Qualifying service for the award of the medal can be for distinctive meritorious discussion and response, acts of intellectual thought involving no voluntary risk of competence, or sustained meritorious resonses. Approval of the award must be made by any three star Administrator of RallyPoint.
Appearance:
The medallion of the RallyPoint Commendation Medal is a bronze circle, 1 3/8 inches wide. On the medallion is a cross spread horizontally and vertically with a vine in the backgound. On its breast is a period mark to signify the completion of any sentence in the forum. The reverse bears a panel for naming between the words FOR INTELLECTUAL above and KNOWLEDGE below, all placed above a laurel sprig. The ribbon is 1 3/8 inches wide primarily of blue. It is had two vertical white stripes off set to the near sides of the ribbon with a “RP” device affixed in the center of the ribbon.
Currently only SSG V. Michelle Woods and SFC Mark Merino have been officially awarded this.
On a side note I was put in for one for the "Should a 2LT salute a 1LT" discussion but it got down graded. I received the Down Vote Medal with a numeral "8" device instead.

I nominate CPT (Join to see) for (among other things) espirit de corps, award creativity and design, superior sense of humor, grace under fire, and RallyPoint thread survivability. In addition, his ability to be the brunt of countless digs and jabs for the most popular thread on RallyPoint demonstrates his ability to percevere under the constant threat of CAPS LOCK attacks from all directions. Your ownership of the coveted Ranger tab is well known throughout the community and has given you superior armor and a thick hide. Any lesser man would have buckled under the pressures of leadership by now. Although I am not a 2LT (witty thread joke aside) I salute you CPT (Join to see).

Thanks. I try my best to promote this and ask the questions people don't want, or afraid, to ask. I am about as blunt as they come. You should see me at my unit. I am not one to mess with. That stupid LT line will backfire on anyone who dares.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.

I nominate SSG V. Michelle Woods, and SFC Mark Merino. Both have distinguished themselves as prolific authors of thoughtful topics and comments. This is in keeping with the highest traditions of RallyPoint specifically and the uniformed military services in general. Nothing follows.

This has been dormant for a while but I would like to recognize TSgt Hunter Logan She has came onto the sense and has made a big impact early on. For this I think she deserves some recognition. She just about got her RallyPoint Combat Badge too.
