Does anyone know how long the waiver process takes once DODMERB has deemed you NO-GO?

Mine took like 3 months, but contact them religiously, CC is not known for their diligence...

This process is driving me crazy. I just going to pray that everything works out tomorrow morning when I try to finesse my way into getting a referral to see the type of doctor DODMERB wants. This stuff is beyond nonsense. Don't slap a 3rd remedial onto someone 2 months after they completed 2 others. Moreover, they won't send my waivers to CC until I get this brand new random remedial done for a darn eye allergy. So dumb.

Just dont expect them to do anything without you hasselimg them. Youll have to stay on them, like a bad S1.

Same here! After a medboard denied me, my waiver took 2 months. I actually never saw the waiver. My best contacts were the DA civilians who emailed me my acceptance letter and the “S1” civilian at my ROTC Battalion. Stay on them now because once summer hits, their main focus is on the training at FT Knox!

It varies, but it can take a while... depends on what the waiver is for, and, how quickly your ROTC processes getting you the referrals, and then how back-logged DODMERB might be at any given time. Usually several weeks. Hang in there!!

I got more information. No one wants to give me a referral through TRICARE unless I see someone. So my ass is headed to sick call tomorrow with my eye allergy flared up so I can finesse my way into getting a referral to Ophthalmology and get the remedial done. Why do I have to do that? Well, DODMERB said they won't send my waivers to CC until I get this last remedial done. Thanks DODMERB for randomly slapping another remedial on me after I already completed 2, 2 months ago.
