Why doesn’t the Army spend more money for education in the department of social skills, tact, and communication, like resiliency training?

Many Leaders in especially high OPTEMPO units simply want the job done.
Screw up = reprimand and blamed
Wasn't your fault? Oh well.
Ask too many questions = PIA that's seemingly incompetent
Just what I've seen.

That's a great question, 1SG (Join to see). I have attended some great communication seminars and classes. Some were paid for by the Army, some by DoD, some by me. I think all Soldiers, NCOs, and Officers could benefit from more and better effective communication training. It's a critical skill in the military and just about everywhere else.
