I am trying to get to a website(VMPF or anything past the AFPC login screen).
I get this error "The page was not displayed because the request entity is too large."
I can get on this from work, and i use to be able to get on this from home.
I checked and other people can access it, so it has to do with something in my settings.
Does anyone know how I can i fix this? Its driving me crazy.
My cac reader works fine, i can get on AF Portal and VPC.
I have tried chrome, firefox, IE.
I have deleted cookies.

How to log into vMPF from home (U.S. Air Force):
1. Launch Internet Explorer (not Edge)
2. Log in to AF Portal using the email certificate
3. Navigate to vMPF under the "Career and Training" drop-down menu; right-click and select "Open in New Tab"
4. Ctril+Left Click on "I have verified my email and phone"
5. Voila! Use right-click "Open in New Tab" for any of the applications you wish to open & select "click here" when it tells you that the pop-up was blocked.
Note: None of these tricks work in any of the following browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera

I really wanted this to work but I don't even get the option to click "I have verified my email and phone"

You might have to run this process several times. Make sure you close the old tabs first and ONLY have the Air Force Portal page open. It will eventually work, but sometimes you have to try it like five times. Try Chrome or Edge if still giving issues.

call the help desk at [login to see] and follow the instructions from the automated message. I believe there's a category for technical issues about logging in ( think its called the A1 service desk).
If you can't get a hold of them (after hours) here's their email:
AFPOA/A1 Service Desk < [login to see] .mil>
Give them this info
Current email address:
•DSN/Cell/Comm telephone number:
•Base/Location: We need your physical location. Please be specific. Ex. TDY in the desert, name of University, base name, or any other location other than your permanent duty station.

Solution: Just go direct to https://w45.afpc.randolph.af.mil/afpcsecurenet40/CheckPortal.aspx; don't use the link via myPers or AF Portal. You can also Google for vMPF and that should be the first link that comes up.

just email [login to see] .mil and have the subject of your email be your full name, date you entered the military, and a contact phone number.
