How do Drill Sergeants get selected for the Defense Language Institute at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas?

I'm a current Reserve Drill Sergeant, and am wondering if the DLI LAF takes any request for Drill Sergeants in their language program. I want to get put on AD orders and serve some time as a Drill Sergeant. I'm finishing my master's in Modern Languages so I think this gives me experience working with ESL people.
