Apparently enough people found these photos bothersome that it was petitioned to be removed from Buzzfeed. I think they're great photos, not the usual type of thing you see of a place like West Point. Obviously they are staged, but that is what a "portrait" is. Being an entrenched "fuddy-duddy", I don't much care for 'em...but I don't know if that's so much what the artist baked into the composition, as what I am primed to expect coming out of my exhaustion with a "revised" view of military culture. Besides...shouldn't these Cadets be studying? -JK ;)
