When will the 17 series open?

I have recently found a lot of information regarding the 17 Series that the Army is looking to open but I am trying to find out if anyone knows when it will open for reclassification and enlistment.

Here is the info I have found for the requirements:

•Recruiting Strategies

–Balance both new and in service accessions as required to meet and maintain quality 17C force

–Recommend a special marketing and recruiting team travel to high schools, technical institutes, and colleges identified with excellent IT /Cyber Security programs

•Accession Requirements

–TS-SCI clearance; Pass CI polygraph

–Min 110 General Technician; 112 Skilled Technician

–Min 60 Information Communication Technology Literacy

–Never been a member of the U.S. Peace Corps (see AR 614-200 exceptions)

–No record of conviction by court-martial or civil court for any offense other than minor traffic violations

–Reclassification candidates will take and pass the 17C In-Service Screening Test for enrollment into the MOS producing course

•PME

–AIT: 37 weeks (est. 15 week transition course for 35Q, 25B, 25D reclassified Soldiers)

–ALC: 7 weeks

–SLC: 10 weeks

•Retention Strategies

–Education: TWI and other educational programs

–Monetary: as required (e.g., SDAP, Retention Bonus, etc.)

–Special promotion board instructions if required
