I am wanting to take a new leap in my military career and become a helicopter pilot in the Army. I have looked into it and see how important the SIFT Test is, so I want to ensure I do my best to prepare for it. Can anyone offer the best study guides to get, what is typically on the exams, anythinf that I can do to prepare?
Thanks in advanced for the help!

The faa helicopter handbook will have more than enough info in it to prepare you for the sift. I'm here at flight school right now, stick with it.

Can you give me some advice on how to get CW3 - CW5's letters of recommendation? That is the next hurdle I see myself facing. I know a lot of warrants in my transportation field, but none in aviation. Thank you for the help.

I would suggest looking for a reserve aviation unit close to home, or be willing to move to one, interview with the BN Commander and talk with the chief pilot there, that should get you a foot in the door, it would also help if you have most of your warrant packet complete, as that will show them they aren't wasting their time.

Thanks again for the help. I purchased a couple SIFT Test study guides with practice exams and the FAA Helicopter Flying Handbook to study. I also found on HRC's website some additional information I will need when submitting my application.
I have been reading that the resume is extremely important and that I need to equait my past experiences into how that will better me as a pilot. I think I am going to find this difficult as an 88N2O (Transportation Management Supervisor). The most I did in Aviation was operate cargo movement on the flight line and that was mostly fixed winged (C-130s). Any additional advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

What their looking for is being passionate about aviation. Though aviation experience will help, by no means do you need it. I have buddies here at flight school with no prior aviation experience. So on the letter you have to write in your packet just be passionate. Talk about how you thought about it growing up, stuff like that. Another major thing they look at is your da photo. Make sure it's perfect.

This is the book I used and it was pretty close to the SIFT test. They can’t distribute the actual test due to it being confidential material. Also download the FAA Helicopter Flying Handbook, it had very good information in it and it will be necessary if you want to continue with your decision to become a pilot. Good luck!

Writing a good thesis is not an easy task it is prone to mistakes in writing. Once I finished my studies, I had data to present in the result chapter. For this I used the thesissoncompanies.com link It was not very difficult to prepare a good introduction and conclusion.
