How often are there payment malfunctions in the National Guard?

For the past two months I haven't received my paychecks from drill. The issue is brought up every month at drill but it obviously doesn't seem like it is being addressed. The NCO that overlooks pay malfunctions at my unit has ensured me that he sent my paperwork up weeks ago, but I have yet to see a change. I'm just curious as to what is going on, could anyone help and shed some light for me?

Go to finance. You've tried with your NCO. Assume he sent your info forward. Go on up the line. In my years of Guard service I only had a check missing once, and that was because the paperwork hadn't been sent forward.

Actually, I have not. He told me in the beginning of the month at drill that he had sent my paperwork back up so I figured the issue had been resolved. And I texted him the other day, and I did not get a respond back. I'll be sure to call them Monday.
