Sir, by "covered," do you mean medical coverage (VA, TRICARE, insurance, etc.)? Or news coverage?
I think it's ironic that we started that whole deal claiming a threat from WMD (including chemical weapons, I would think) ... and when our guys encountered those (chemical) weapons, there was a loooong delay in responding.
