I asked this question in another Military discussion group but wanted to get more views on it. Can a Soldier have a Medical Permanent Profile in their records BUT their PULHES show all 1's?

I don't see how that would be possible, 1SG. I always thought it would throw a 2 or 3 in there somewhere for their issue.

Just as I thought also, but it didn't. The Soldier has the Profile and is going through evaluations offpost that were recommended by the TMC to see if it's warranted but yet his PULHES is still all 1's.

Even a CPAP gets you a P2. No way to have a permanent profile and still be all 1s.

IKR CPT, I am still working on it and getting it corrected. I have asked some Medical personnel and no one can seem to get the answer, i will keep trying to get this answer OR get attention to the issue.

No. The PULHES is a numerical representation of a Soldier's physical abilities. If you have a permanent profile, something is not 100% with you. All 1s on your PULHES means you are 100%.

Exactly SSG Unger everyone knows that's the case correct? BUT this Soldier has all 1's but was told he had a P3. I guess it was only on paper, they are referring him to off post facility to see if the P3 is warranted, yet his PULHES remains all 1'S. I have never seen this before and this case has been going on for about 3 weeks now.
