Can supervisors write letters of reprimand for Air Reserve Technicians (ARTs) for actions that happened during the work week?

Little more info. It is a bogus complaint to start with. They are civilian employees, we have to wear military uniform during the work week on civilian status. They had Letters of Reprimand waiting for them when they got in during the drill weekend. So, they wrote them up on the military side for something that happened when they weren't on military status.

So their M-day supervisor wrote them up for something that their Tech supervisor should have written them up for (if the write up was even justified)? That sounds like a big no go to me. A lot of times you'll end up working with the same people on both sides but the status doesn't carry over from one to the other. I would definitely get in touch with the union rep asap.
